- For employees salary must be transferred.
- For self employed a minimum of 3 years of business record or subsidiary of a business
group.
- Residency in Egypt.
- Minimum Loan: L.E. 120,000
- Maximum Loan: up to 75% of value of real estate, or maximum finance up to L.E. 5
million.
- Tenor of Loan is up to 120 months.
- Interest Rate: flat rate of 9% .
- Required Documentation:
- Application for Real Estate Finance.
- Photocopy of national ID card.
- Commercial Register for self employed.
- Salary letter.
- Recent electricity or gas bill for resident address.
In case of employees, borrowing employees consent and irrevocable instructions to employer to continue transferring to EGB borrowers monthly salary/ installment and all end of service entitlements till full settlement of loan.
Irrevocable consent of borrower to transfer his salary or loan installments to EGB till full settlement of loan.
